HygienicLine Dynamics - Innovation meets hygiene

Engineers are constantly challenged to develop new and better solutions to achieve optimum results in hygiene-sensitive industries. In cooperation with Stäubli Robotics, Murrplastik Systemtechnik GmbH has developed HygienicLine Dynamics, an innovative cable retraction system that will significantly change the future of the food industry. 

The food industry has always relied on high standards of hygiene. Up to now conventional cable retraction systems were used, which were protected from dirt, cleaning agents and abrasion with protective conduits. These systems had weaknesses such as difficult assembly, limited service life and high failure rate despite their widespread use. 

murrplastik realized it was time to take the industry to a new level. In collaboration with Stäubli Robotics, HygienicLine Dynamics was developed - a cable retraction system that completely dispenses with protective sleeves and opts instead for innovative materials and Hygienic Design. Using high quality stainless steel and blue materials ensures optimum FDA compliance, consistent hygienic design, long life and easy maintenance. The use of detectable material ensures a high level of production reliability, as direct action can be taken in case of complications.  

With the revolutionary technology of HygienicLine Dynamics, the food industry is better equipped today to meet the challenges of tomorrow. In particular, the application with the Stäubli TX200 HE robot, one of the most common models in food production, shows the potential of this worldwide innovation.
