The monthly vocational training pay starts at 1,100 euros in the 1st and 2nd semester and increases to 1,200 euros in the 5th and 6th semester. If your grades are good, you will also receive a monthly bonus starting in the 3rd semester. Furthermore, you will receive 15 euros per month for fee expenses. In addition, you will receive a vacation pay and a Christmas bonus, VWL (employment benefits to encourage capital formation) and an allowance for canteen meals. What is special: We also give trainees a share in the company's success.

How it all began
The spring manufacturer Andreas Fröhlich approached the destitute mechanical engineering student Horst Hölzl with a request to develop a machine for the production of double-bent springs. There was no machine of this type anywhere in the world until then. Mr. Hölzl implemented the order in only 3 months and applied for a patent for the machine.
Progress from tradition
The mini clothes peg was developed in cooperation with the end customer and produced at manufacturing costs of pennies. Already in 1960, thanks to the development of machines and the intelligent marketing idea, there was a fully automated production in which 20 million pegs in different colors were produced per year.
